Our initial consultation is a 45 minute in home appointment. We have three goals to address during this appointment:

1) Listen to what you want in your project to make sure that it is within our services.

2) Hear what your design style is to help your design consultant narrow down the colors and styles that would be compatible.

3) Answer any questions you have and provide some resources for you as you walk through your remodeling journey.

If we all feel good about moving forward with our proces, we will set up a proposal appointment in our showroom.

Yes! Our products will have two warranties.

1) Manufacturer Warranties: This warranty comes from the manufacturer and covers issues that arise due to a faulty product. The details of the warranty will be specific to the product and service division. 

2) Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty: This is our promise that if we install a product in such a way that it causes issues, we will make it right for you.

Bathrooms: Yes

Sunrooms: Yes

Kitchens: No

The reason being that kitchens are attached to other areas of the home and replacing the floor in your kitchen means also replacing the floor in the surrounding spaces. It is a much larger project than just the kitchen! To keep our timelines streamlined, we work just in the kitchen area.

What we can do is coordinate schedules with a flooring installer to have them install your new floor at the appropriate step of your project.

No, we do not do major structural changes

JSB uses a remove & replace approach for remodeling projects. This means that we remove old, worn-out, outdated materials and replace them with your newly selected products. There are some minor layout changes that we can do (add an island to your kitchen, move a pantry cabinet to the other side of your kitchen, add new cabinetry to an empty wall, remove a knee wall in a bathroom, etc.).

Tearing out walls opens a whole new can of worms and you have to factor in hidden plumbing, electrical, and ductwork that might have to be moved. These can get time-consuming and pricey. It is in your best interest to consult a design-build remodeling company for projects that require structural changes.

A kitchen remodel usually takes 7 - 10 days, depending on the scope. We ensure all components are on-site before beginning to guarantee an on-schedule completion.

A typical bathroom remodel takes between 2 to 5 days. Our efficient process and avoidance of structural changes help expedite the remodeling.

Installation of a sunroom can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the sunroom type and size. We ensure precision and quality in every build, accommodating all details specific to your project.
